Confront violence

I am 62-year-old black man. The genocidal homicide in black communities is simply ridiculous. Gun violence, by us, against us; killings of men, women and children.

Either we fix this mess, or we let nature take its course, which may be an option for some adults, but what about the children? I have no simple answer, but when I hear children and mothers say they just want to relocate. I feel their pain. What are the short- and long-term effects of this violence on our race? Are we so blind today that we have totally lost sight of the future? We have come too far for it to end like this.
