Federal health fund
Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has a great idea: the Public Health Rapid Response Fund.
On the first day of the Clinton presidency, she should submit to Congress the legislation for this fund. Once submitted, the American people will rapidly find out which political party wants to take America in the right direction.
