GOP implosion
Over the last several decades, the Republican Party has cultivated a coalition of hate, one scapegoat after another.
Now, after years of being lied to about what would happen, but never could, Donald Trump is their voice, as he shamelessly exploits that hate with dog whistles that leave no doubt as to who let the dogs out.
Of course, on Election Day, that pack will come back to bite the GOP, which is no longer my father’s Republican Party. We have today’s Republicans to thank for laying the foundation for Trump to triumph.
Talk about reaping what you sow.
