Netanyahu’s visit

Re the Feb. 10 editorial, Reconsider, Mr. Netanyahu: What are the credentials of the Miami Herald editors who are urging Israel’s prime minister not to come to the United States to talk about our government allowing Iran to keep 6,000 spinning nuclear centrifuges?

Were they in Israel recently when thousands of rockets given to Hamas by Iran were fired at Israeli cities?

Were they in Israel when terrorists paid and equipped by Iran tried to blow up population centers?

Were they in Syria recently when Iran’s proxy army Hezbollah killed thousands of innocent people, or several years ago when Hezbollah tried to destroy the north of Israel with Iranian weapons?

I think that they should educate themselves, and the American people that they serve, about the true dangers that the Iranians pose, perhaps they should visit Israel.
