Jim Morin’s cartoon on Aug. 14 provides graphic testimony respecting why Donald Trump seeks to exclude the “dishonest” press from his events. It should be required viewing for those remaining, well-meaning people, naively being led to the massacre.
Let me tell you folks, not only “many people,” but I hope most, would be in awe of the manner Jim expresses the truth. As a student of history, I could never have imagined a candidate who would make Huey Long appear competent, sane and honest. I am mortified to be wrong, but a view of Trump’s Connecticut rally footage establishes this concept for me, beyond a reasonable doubt.
