Living in fear?
A recent article about an Oklahoma man who killed his Lebanese neighbor pains me to no end. I can’t believe that anti-Muslim rhetoric from the Trump campaign would influence someone to kill another human being out of hatred just because of his religion, his name, his country of origin.
Should my family now start to live in fear because we are of Lebanese descent? This is not what the United States is about, and we all know it. Regardless of political affiliation, xenophobia being preached by Donald Trump has to stop.
