St. Rose of Lima controversy

In reference to Mike Melnick’s letter on July 14, Move on at St. Rose, I have just a couple of comments:

1. In this country, people are considered innocent unless the court finds them guilty. Father Pedro Corces, after a lengthy and through investigation, was not found guilty. Yes, let’s move on.

2. I can’t see the relationship between Father Corces and the report about Penn State Coach Joe Paterno. At no point has Father Corces been accused of child abuse, so I don’t see why parents have to worry about their children.

Yes, let’s move on.
