Brexit and borders

In the many years now, reading columnist Trudy Rubin, I need to state that she never has let me down.

Invariably, she has the common sense solutions for the most complex foreign policy issues. In her June 5 column, Brexit imperils Europe, she affirms: the “European Union now must make a firm case that it can and will secure Europe’s borders.”

Stating first that I am not a Donald Trump voter, I say: Isn’t this exactly what we need to do here in America?

Let’s solidify legal immigration and end, for good, the other kind.
