Among the recent articles celebrating our country’s renewed relations with oppressive communist Cuba, it is refreshing to read Fabiola Santiago’s brave article about Cuba’s sad realities, American hotel deal with Cuba just helps oppressors on July 3.

She is to be congratulated for providing the truth to those who are not familiar or simply chose to ignore it.
