South Beach care
For many years residents of South Beach in need of healthcare services have had to either cross the causeways or head north to find it, because of the lack of any facility that could tend to their care in their neighborhood.
An effort to address this problem has recently been proposed to South Beach and the city planner by Baptist Health South Florida in a new facility located at 709 Alton Rd.
Based on what has been shared during recent community meetings, I’m excited about this possibility.
