Blame the shooter

Fred Grimm’s June 19 and 21 opinion columns, which his anti-gun, anti-NRA vitriol is typical liberal spin, blaming blaming guns and the NRA instead of the nut job responsible for the killing.

In the murders he used as examples, all of the victims were lambs led to their slaughter by wolves, a man and or woman with a gun. Not one victim fought back. Not one possessed a gun, legally or illegally, to defend themselves. All were “soft targets” where the killers knew the likelihood of a good guy with a gun was almost nonexistent.

The fact is that in the Orlando killings the good guy with a gun — the off-duty police officer — is still alive and the good guys with guns later killed the gunman.

Grimm and those who think like he does are sheep. Pray there is a sheep-dog nearby when the wolves come calling.
