This is not normal

The Orlando massacre was another monstrous act perpetrated by a man with a gun so powerful that it slaughtered 49 innocent people.

And this all happens because we are protecting the rights of gun owners. What about my rights? What about the rights of people to feel safe going to a nightclub, a theater, a school, a church? What about the rights of the children who died in Sandy Hook Elementary School and the children who die of gun wounds every week in Florida?

Americans have been brainwashed into believing the Second Amendment gives them the right to own a gun at any cost, including more than 30,000 lives a year according to some estimates.

Does that sound normal to you?
