Improve MIA

Miami International Airport is an embarrassment! My husband and I and four friends traveled to Paris and to several small towns in France. Never did we encounter anything but clean bathrooms. There were always hand blowers. We used luggage carts that were either free or one euro.

Upon returning home, the bathrooms weren’t clean, there are no paper towels or hand blower, the luggage cart cost $5, only two of the five global-entry machines were working and only one elevator appeared to be working.

This is how we greet international travelers?
