Unused vacation days are at a 40-year high because of the negative assumptions and biases employees face when they want to enjoy free time they earn and deserve.
You don’t need a Ph.D. in psychology to know that when employees can handle their affairs outside of work guilt-free, whether for leisure or personal business, they are more productive and less likely to quit.
