Transgender baths

How did we get to the point where a state passed a law and lawsuits have been filed regarding transgender individuals and bathrooms?

The term “transgender” has not even been precisely defined. And, it is nowhere to be found in any part of the Constitution.

There is a simple solution: Those who have completed genital gender reassignment surgery should be able to use the bathroom that comports with their genitals. All others should use the bathroom that is consistent with their sex at birth. Unselected hermaphrodites, a group that has not been mentioned, should be able to use either bathroom.
