Jeb Bush wrong

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush recently said that Hillary Clinton “would present a third term of the disastrous foreign and economic policy agenda of Barack Obama.”

If so, how would he describe his brother’s economic policies?

He inherited from President Clinton a robust economy with a large surplus. But he finished his presidency with enormous debt and the Great Recession.

Furthermore, President George W. Bush got the country involved in two costly wars from which we still can’t completely disengage.

He also alienated every ally that we have (except Saudi Arabia, naturally).

What does that say about his foreign policy?

What does the governor have to say about that?

It is precisely because of vacuous statements like that one that Republican voters rejected Jeb Bush’s presidential candidacy.
