Yes to Ocean Terrace

We really like our North Beach neighborhood. As a resident, I can see there is a lot of improvement that can be made in our North Beach sector.

Last year, I was not in support of legislation to increase density in the area. I thought the plan was too aggressive.

However, after attending the recent community workshop regarding the Ocean Terrace Redevelopment Plan, I find the proposed preservation of historic structures and revitalizing the street areas important in the next chapter of North Shore.

Height should not be increased, but whatever zoning allows should be respected and followed.

Development will come, but let’s not overdevelop like Sunny Isles Beach.
