Install bollards
Recently a terrible tragedy occurred when an out of control car hit South Dade High School Principal Javier Perez causing him to lose both legs.
This tragedy could have been prevented if steel bollards had been installed to protect areas where pedestrians could be in danger from traffic. The county should take the initiative of installing these steel pipes in parks and schools.
