Opa-locka officials
The only way to ensure that civil servants in any position whether federal, state, county or city stay honest is by sending a strong message that any one who betrays the trust that the public has bestowed upon them will automatically have a 10-year mandatory sentence.
That will be a great deterrent to those who want to benefit themselves by being dishonest.
That will send a very clear message.
