Just fix Turkey Point
It seems that FPL’s idea of damage control is to trot out public-relations flacks to try to put a positive spin on the myriad problems at Turkey Point, mainly the problem with the cooling canals.
My guess is that most people in Miami-Dade would prefer that the term “damage control” mean actually fixing the problem.
