Fight flooding
Re the April 16 article Miami-Dade’s future may get bleaker as feds study coast: Bleak projections for flooding? The article is timely. Flooding is not coming. It is here.
Many areas in Miami-Dade County flood yearly when there are King Tides. This will not stop. Yes, we must look at the big picture, but the small one tells us to act now. Install pumps or breakers or jetties — anything that can help Miami-Dade immediately. This must be a top priority.
