Car inspections

Our legislators should bring back the car-inspection program. Request valid insurance coverage, registration and a driver’s license from the owner.

Then the police department can verify that the cars have been properly inspected with a valid inspection sticker. No sticker? Pay a huge fine.

I am sure that lots of cars will be taken off of our roads, alleviating congestion.
