Healthful Girl Scout cookies
Finally, a vegan Girl Scout cookie (Girl Scouts to offer gluten-free, vegan cookies, Jan. 12). As a former Girl Scout, I know that the organization exists to teach girls how to succeed in business and interpersonal relationships.
Educating them on how to respect the views of people who eschew animal products and how to meet the growing consumer demand for these goods does both. Kudos.
