Jam that signal

A Chicago man was arrested for using a cellphone jammer on a transit train “to keep his rides quieter.”

Maybe he should be awarded the Congressional Medal of Freedom, Nobel Peace Prize and every lifetime achievement award.

And, perhaps cellphone jammers should become mandatory in restaurants and along passing lanes on any expressway or major artery.
