Senior discounts

I realize that minimum wages are being increased countrywide. Recently supermarkets have increased the cost of many staples that seniors buy.

Unfortunately, seniors’ income has certainly not increased and, in many instances, it has decreased.

Perhaps, supermarkets could create a weekly or monthly Senior Citizens Discount day.

Some discount chains such as T.J. Maxx and Ross already have these programs in place.
