Not persuasive

So you have President Obama reminding Cubans of our embarrassing presidential politics; Mike Fernandez angling for government healthcare contracts; Jorge Perez and Philip Levine scouting for locations to build condos and theStones giving a free concert that anywhere else would cost $100-plus per ticket. This is supposed to make Cubans want to change?
