More condos

I’m reading of a proposed 23-story building with 320 condo units and 150 hotel rooms to be built across from Gulfstream Village on Federal Highway.

I propose that the city hall complex and, perhaps, the library, post office and police station be leveled and the much-in-demand high-rise condos be constructed.

The traffic department can conduct its usual study to improve traffic flow by closing off a lane or two and doing construction and repair daily. A left turn from Hallandale Beach Boulevard onto U.S. 1 will then require a three-light delay and back up traffic to the bridge.
