Leaf blower abuse

The common practice of cleaning up one’s yard by blowing leaf litter and grass clippings into the neighbor’s yard or into the street must stop.

It is impossible to police lawn-mowing activities, so the only solution is to outlaw leaf blowers.

Neighborhood flooding is less about sea-level rise and more about storm drains that are clogged with yard waste.
