I am tired of inconsiderate drivers cutting me off. Poor planning or impatience on a driver’s part should not cause me or anyone else to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting them.
What’s up with getting into the left- or right-turn lane and going straight when the light turns green? That is a turn-only lane.
At the intersection of Southwest 80th Street and 70th Avenue, for instance, drivers in a left-turn-only lane cut off others by making a right turn so they don’t have to wait in line like everyone else. Sorry, but they are not special, just inconsiderate. And let’s not get into tag decals not being in the top right corner of the license plate where they belong. And that double line on the road when you approach an intersection means “no passing.” Just saying …
Why do they feel its OK to stop in the middle of the road, turn on their flashers and hold up traffic so someone can get out of the vehicle? It is not OK to block traffic because someone is too lazy to pull off the road to let a passenger out.
