Stop Gables’ Paseo project
Re the March 15 story Coral Gables residents file lawsuit against city, developer over Paseo project: A lawsuit would not be required if the zoning was respected and not changed to satisfy a developer’s desire for greater profit, commissioners’ desire for increased taxes and their need to return favors for election funds.
A major zoning change that will affect the quality of life of the Gables must be considered only after a public referendum.
