Re the March 14 superb investigative report, An epidemic of condo election fraud: In addition to condos, homeowner associations are also victims of unscrupulous and abusive board of directors and property management companies. I honestly wish, we could also be protected by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation or someone in Tallahassee. The associations’ business practices apparently are not regulated and have become abusive especially against those that question or complain about their performance.
It is about time, something be done about it; we deserve the same attention and legal rights as condo owners.
