Remove eyesore in bay
To the agencies in charge: There is a rusting hulk of a flatboat moored to a tiny island in Biscayne Bay just north of the Rusty Pelican restaurant.
It’s an eyesore not only to the condominium residents on Brickell Bay Drive, but also to the many boaters and yachtsmen from all over the world streaming past.
Can it be towed away or at least painted?
