Try normalization
Re Joe Cardona’s Feb. 26 article, Is Obama listening to Cuban Americans who don’t agree?: Obama listened, and now he’s done listening.
Do you actually think he hasn’t considered the issue for decades? One doesn’t have to be in the White House to know of the issue. It’s possible that normalizing relations will benefit Cubans in Cuba. We haven’t tried.
