Court nominee

There is no such term as “lame duck” written in the Constitution. All elected officials, be they president, senator or representative, are expected to serve fully their term in office and perform all the duties required.

The president has a responsibility to name a nominee for the Supreme Court vacancy and the Senate has the responsibility to advise and consent.

Let’s get on with it.

Alfred Sasiadek,
