Let new prez decide
I believe Justice Antonin Scalia himself would have suggested that there be a delay in approving his replacement until President Obama is out of the White House, and Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders are soundly defeated by a Republican conservative.
It is vital to protect the Supreme Court and American society. This highly crucial decision should be left to the new president, and the people.
