Guns and knives

Five adults and a child were found murdered on Thursday in Chicago, all of them stabbed to death.

Clearly, this was a direct result of another nationwide incident of mass knife violence. Was a military-style “assault” knife used? How did the deranged killer obtain such a weapon?

Shouldn’t such weapons be eliminated or at least substantially restricted to prevent these horrible mass stabbing incidents from continuing?

Who needs to have such a modern knife anyway? And when will our elected Congress finally take appropriate actions to eliminate these totally unnecessary killing machines?
