Library Media specialists

A band room complete with instruments without a bandmaster? A science lab without a certified science teacher? A library without a certified library/media specialist?

Administrations have always done this sort of thing by just quietly not including items in a proposed budget, and sometimes School Board members have gone along. Someone should take the time to tell us how School Board members justify the elimination of the library media specialist.
