Put Constitution first

Every Republican I hear talks about how the president isn’t following the Constitution and that they will follow that document faithfully.

So why is it that the Supreme Court, which has the responsibility to enforce the Constitution, seems to disagree so often? Justices have upheld Obamacare and same-sex marriage. They regularly rule against Republican-sponsored abortion bills and voting-rights restrictions. Who is really following the Constitution?
