Don’t coddle terrorists
Evil can not be appeased. The terror attack in Paris occurred after France’s response to terror attacks on Jewish schools and synagogues was met with no outrage, just a yawn.
Recently France endorsed a boycott of Israel and voted for a Palestinian state at the United Nations without the Palestinians agreeing to stop terrorism.
In the 1930s, the world learned that to ignore or appease evil results in more evil. In the 1990s, the United States endured the first World Trade Center attack, embassy bombings and the bombing of the USS Cole, killing 17 American sailors, without a response. Then we had 9/11.
Terrorism must be met with force, or else the terrorists become emboldened and the human cost increases.
