Create climate jobs

Why hasn’t anyone asked any of the presidential candidates, Democratic or Republican, why they haven’t suggested a way to increase jobs and improve the economy, and at the same time solve a major ecological problem in our United States?

I’m speaking about the flooding that occurs in some areas of the nation. as well as the extreme droughts that we see in other regions. If pipelines were to be built to run from the extreme “watery” areas to go to the extreme “dry” areas of our country, look what could be accomplished? They could run the pipelines along the interstates so no land would have to be purchased.

If there was a leak, so what, it's only water and not the tarry stuff they wanted to have flow in the Keystone pipeline.

There would be water for crop irrigation, livestock as well as lakes, golf courses and front lawns and the flood zones could be managed better by just moving the water to areas where it is needed. Look at all the jobs that would be created throughout the country with these construction sites.
