Who’s responsible?

The delay to notify the public regarding high levels of lead in Flint, Michigan’s water, is much like General Motors’ delay to come forth regarding the faulty ignition switches. Worse yet, no one wants to accept responsibility for the Flint water crisis — as Jim Morin’s editorial cartoon illustrates.

As a result, the health and safety of the general public has sunk in moral decay. State officials ought to hang their heads in shame.
