Business with Cuba

Coral Gables businessman Mike Fernandez finally took off his mask. For quite some time, we have been reading about his love for Cuba and his desire to help the Cuban people as the reason for cheering President Obama’s gestures toward the Cuban dictatorship.

Fernandez repeatedly mentioned that his intentions had nothing to do with business, as most of us believed it did.

Well, he proved us right. In his Jan. 19 letter, Obama’s Cuba visit could help business, it’s now clear that it’s all business.

Let’s embrace, forgive and forget the atrocities committed by the dictators.

All for the sake of doing business.
