No to Home Tax
I have worked hard to purchase and maintain my condominium. But now legislators want to make it even harder for homeowners and condo associations with HB 203 and SB 722, the “Home Tax.”
Title companies and realtors are pushing these bad bills, which would force condo owners, like me, to pay increased costs from the real-estate closings of others. Homeowners have it hard enough without bad, unjust ideas like this.
Our lawmakers must smash the Home Tax and vote No on HB 203 and SB 722.
