How much longer does the American taxpayer have to be burdened with the outdated Cuban Adjustment Act?

When a migrant passes through three or four democratic countries to get to Miami, the political refugee argument goes out the window.

At a cost of over $600 million a year in government assistance to Cuban refugees at a time when Congress is talking about cutting benefits to American citizens, this policy has to end.
