Fiorina attacks, too

Carly Fiorina seriously needs a refresher course on the Golden Rule with specific emphasis on how women must respect other women.

Her only 15 minutes of fame in the Republican presidential campaign came primarily as a result of Donald Trump’s attack on her looks, or lack thereof. She seized the opportunity to express her outrage and capture the public limelight. Fiorina was equally made indignant by comments about her stern face, which were made by the women on The View. She confronted her attackers face to face on the show.

Yet this is behavior from a woman who has made attacking Hillary Clinton, on a personal level, her political agenda’s priority. It is scary to watch her do so with an almost visceral gusto. Her most recent personal attack on Clinton, comparing her personal relationship with her husband to hers, is mean, low and plain shameful.

Whether she is a Republican or a Democrat has nothing to do with her lack of empathy, respect for other women and understanding that we as women must never tear each other down in order to succeed.
