Court failed gays

U.S. Supreme Court, you have done your country wrong. The gay-marriage issue should have been ended by extending same-sex marriage rights to every single state.

The solution should not be based on political agendas, but on the humanity of those involved.

All Americans should be treated as equals no matter whom they choose to marry.

And to the justices of the Supreme Court, when gay soldiers are sent off to war, which states should they fight for and die for?

Individual states should never have the right to discriminate against their residents. Florida, you did right.
