Uber is reliable

Here's the thing about Uber: If local cab companies did their job as well, we wouldn't need Uber. That company has filled a need for reliable transportation service, particularly in the suburbs. We are able to do with one less car at our home because of Uber, something we could never do with taxi services that frequently arrive late or don't arrive at all when called.

Perhaps taxi companies should clean up their vehicles, focus on reliability and quality service or maybe their drivers should just become Uber drivers.
