Ross doesn’t get it
Dolphins owner Stephen Ross means well, but he doesn’t get it.
His statement that the Dolphins have a great organization, except for the team, is ludicrous. It’s like saying you have a great restaurant, but the food isn’t very good.
The rest of the league seems to disagree with his assessment as high-profile coaches have consistently decided not to come to this organization.
The general manager was the fourth or fifth option and Ray Farmer actually decided to stay in Cleveland, of all places, instead of coming here. Mike Tannenbaum was a disaster in New York and now he’s the one that’s in charge.
The only hope is that maybe the Dolphins can get lucky in spite of the organization.
