Gas price gougers

Apparently, the folks who sell gasoline in Miami Beach think that we consumers are either stupid or lazy or both.

What other explanation could there be for the $2.79-per-gallon price for regular gas at an Alton Road gas station?

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that is about $12 over the market price for a 15-gallon fill-up.

Is or isn’t it worth a drive across the causeway for a price of close to $2 per gallon?

C’mon, Miami Beachers, let’s show a little consumer power here and steer clear of gas price gougers.

Allan Pekor,

Miami Beach
