Mega mall footprint
It appears the only criteria regulators are considering for the proposed “American Dream” mall is the additional automobile traffic it will generate. What about considering the carbon footprint of this mega monstrosity?
Right now the land is called “vacant.” Is it really?
I can assure you this land is home to countless plants and animals. Not only that, but it has a positive carbon footprint as it sucks up CO2 and generates oxygen. If we are serious about combating climate change, we must start to put the Earth first, ahead of economic, political and other considerations.
People who deny climate change are like the orchestra on the Titanic playing on as if nothing were amiss.
If we do not change our ways very soon we are doomed just as that once “unsinkable” ship was.
